And we adhere to local licensure and certification requirements in every community we serve.

All of our caregivers pass a rigorous background check, including employment authorization verification

Helping others and enhancing the quality of life has been not only a passion of mine; but a gift for as long as I could remember. As a young girl I realized that health care was my calling. I began as a teenager volunteering in local nursing homes and hospitals in my hometown of Flint, Michigan. I continued that passion working in and around the Chicagoland area in hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes and assisted living just to name a few. My background is extensive; with experience in many different areas of healthcare from Nursing to Cardiology, and Occupational Therapy. I provide caregiving services on an ongoing basis for loved ones and others. As one of the owners of Precious Emerald Homecare Inc., and a Licensed Practitioner, I bring nearly 30yrs of healthcare experience. I am dedicated to helping and enhancing the quality of life for others. My model is, ?I want someone I would trust to care for my mother,? so I became that someone!

Keeping our seniors in the comfort of home has always been my passion. I currently practice occupational therapy in Chicago IL. I am dedicated to promoting quality of life and Maximizing function with dignity and respect. I have been for 15 years now. Before I started practicing occupational therapy, i started my journey as a direct service professional at Misericordia Home. My experience in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, independent, home health therapy and mental health settings , I came into the conclusion that, Aging in place brings the quality of life and a sense of dignity to our seniors. As the founder and one of the owners of Precious Emerald Homecare Agency. My pledge is to provide compassionate care through our caregivers to our seniors in the comfort of their homes.
